Send us an email at any time. We answer all email within one business day. If you have not received a response, please double check that you don’t have any spam filters installed which are blocking our messages to you. If you maintain an incoming whitelist, please allow all messages from the ducklink.com domain.

Online Ticket

Please issue a ticket with the online form. After submitting a ticket, you are given a ticket number and a link to track the status of their case. You can bookmark that link and come back at any time to view the status of that case. The bookmark includes a generated four-letter password so that their case remains private.

DuckLink will also email you a confirmation that the case was received if you provided your email address on the online form. This email includes a URL with an eight-letter password that shows the status of this case, as well as any other cases entered using the same email address.
